I am horrified

I am working on a project for my english class; a research paper. My paper topic is the reformation movement to change the spelling of the English language to a completely phonetic spelling, which would apparently make it much easier to learn. I am horrified by this.

Here's an example, what I just wrote in "Saaspel" language, the proposed reformed English.

I am wurcing on a project fr mi english clas; a risurch paapr. Mi paapr topic iz th reformaashn muuvmnt tu chaanj th speling ov th English langwij tu a cmpleetli fonetic speling, wich wud aparuntli maac it much eeziur tu lurn. I am horifiid bii this.

How atrocious is that!? You actually have to say each word to figure the word out. I'm afraid that I am going to spend this entire project cringing by the atrocities of this reform movement, which has been going on for over 100 years; it'll never happen.)

I miss my mommy

My mom's been gone for nearly a week on a business trip... She'll be back tomorrow night, but she leaves the next morning on another business trip. I must say, I rather miss my mommy.

I've become re-addicted to Super Mario 64. I think I won a total of around 40 stars today... It's really addicting!

For my spanish homework, I had to make an acronym out of my name with 3 adjectives (in spanish)... so I chose my spanish name: Isabel. For I, I used inteligente, imaginativa, and impaciente (all cognates; YOU figure them out). But I accidentally spelled inteligente, "Intelligente"... which don't make me look very inteligente. So... I just fixed that with whiteout. Oh well. Hope nobody notices. -shifty looks-

So it turns out I was really twitchy and paranoid last week over nothing. The guy I wrote about last week was really different tonight. Rather touchy-feely, if you can get that way over the internet... hrm...

I found one of my favorite books this morning! It's been lost for like a year now. ^^ It was in an old purse.

I'm going to go take a really long shower right now. Long showers solve everything. And ice cream solves things, too.
